By the way, you might want to consider reducing the number of images you put on your userpage. People may not enjoy scrolling down pages before getting to your guestbook. Just a thought.

your guestbook doesn't look weird. You just need to change the text color to something other than white so that you can see it.

Have you tried password recovery? The system might now be working, but try it anyways.

I would advise to ask any moderator to ban the other account so this way you do not get blame for having double account. It is as simple as that. Though you must provide a good reason for why you created this one.

If you don't know any moderators, here are a few that you may choose from:

EternalParadox<Forum and Vector art moderator/enigmatic person.
bromithia<I don't know much about him.
kuroimisa<One of my favorite moderator.
candy-chan<She is cool but not present right now.
Marissa<Go at your own peril.

You do realize that members are only allow to have one account. Unless you tell the moderators to close the other account with a very good reason, you will get banned.

Also, I do not add people to my friend list unless I had time to get to know them very well.
